Version 1.1

I have published version 1.1 of the book. Unlike the 1st edition, this latest version is only available in HTML format. Since there is no English version of the book yet, it makes little sense to talk about the changes.

The second improvement I did, is making the links to the HTML Version of the book (in German) much shorter, and making them consistent across German and English, once an English version exists. :-)
